Marksmanship in the Jülich region is characterized by both traditional and shooting sports communities. The oldest dates back to the 17th century. 13 brotherhoods in Jülich and its districts are organized in the BHDS – Bezirksverband Jülich – together with other regional associations. Every year, the district association festival is organized by one of the brotherhoods from our district association, combined with its own shooting festival.
